Introduction to Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a powerful problem-solving tool when applied liberally and appropriately. Through the Empathy, Definition, Ideation, Prototyping, and Testing phases of the process (not necessarily in that order) we believe there is a whole universe of untapped potential solutions to almost any situation. We offer a wide range of formats from 90-min sessions to multi-day bootcamps.
Introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and performance. Research shows that hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue for everyone in the organization.
Empathy Practice through Storytelling and Games
Empathy is not just a buzzword. It’s a critical part of the process towards effective and long-lasting solutions. We often do it intuitively. However our use of it can be greatly improved when explicitly identified, defined, and intended. It’s not enough to simply learn it and remind ourselves of it. We must practice it intentionally and constantly. We offer compelling and fun ways to practice empathy through storytelling and games, including one we developed ourselves, called Memory Kaleidoscope.
